  • When someone, private or organisation fills out a form on my website or gets in touch via email – I need to know certain details about them so as to provide them with a correct quote or service (or both). I provide professional services which include content production like photography and video, so I generally just need to know things like the client\/business name so that I know I am dealing with a legitimate business, and the details of the shoot idea – usually details will usually include more information which is none personal and more related to a project rather than an individual.
